Possibly the most advanced turbo yeast in the world, MoonshineStillPro Turbo Yeast combines a very high alcohol tolerant (up to 20%) yeast strain with all the nutrients needed for a pure sugar wash plus amyloglucosidase enzyme for washes that also utilize grain starch. Formulated for optimum yield with a pure fermentation and very little volatiles. Great for virtually any spirit when a high gravity wash or mash is utilized and maximum yield is desired. Also great for ethanol fuel production. Will ferment washes containing up to 2.85 lbs of sugar per gallon. Packet sufficient for up to 6.5 US gallons. Use instructions printed on packet label.

I have used 5 packets of the Turbo Yeast and I was pleasantly surprised of the outcome. I will continue to use this yeast with all my mashes.
